Hi, I’m Harsha, and I procrastinate. How’s that for honest?
I’ve been meaning to start this blog since months now, but like Mr. Jerry says up here, there’s always something better to do. Like for me, it’s been to shop, bake, eat, exercise, cook, design, read, trim the roses.. No lies, I love roses (if you couldn't tell already from my blog’s charming and cheesy sounding title).
I’d been so engrossed with the shopping and eating lately, that I thought one day while going through all the damage I’d done goodies I bought over one amazing, expensive, day at the mall - heck, I’ve got to start writing about these things already! And after just a little more procrastination, you know, for balance and.. stuff, *drum roll* here we are!
Let me introduce you to what you can expect from my blog and I. We’ll both be quite diverse in terms of interest; we’ll talk about everything from covering the basics at shopping and eating, and reviewing some really cool-sounding products and services in Dubai, to going over the latest in fashion and interior design, and attempting some serious DIY-in-Dubai-type stuff. Heck, I might even throw in a random ‘Bubble Bath Bullettin’ or ‘What Not To Feed Your Bunnies’ post (I’m starting to like this idea now).
We’ll be passionate but stubborn, straightforward but honest, silly but sensible, informational but light-hearted, and we’ll do our best to make you smell like roses. Well, I will. I seriously like roses.
So if you like the sound of the crazy about to come this way, stay tuned. Hopefully I’ll still be talking to you in a year’s time.
